I got it to the point where it asked if I wanted to open, and I did, but I keep receiving a message that it can't be opened. I went into my applications and downloads folders and deleted the .dmg files, thinking I would redownload, but my finder and desktop are still saying "install adobe flash player, selected application." This is driving me nuts. Christine
