HI, Flash installers react better when you just use the tab and space keys, no VO keys. So, use the tab key to move between elements and use the spacebar to activate the button. VO should announce which element has focus as it lands on it. This dialog is safe, as you've likely set Flash in your System Preferences to automatically notify you and attempt the installation of updates.
