Hi, According to the RoboForm site, with the newest version, all you need to do is put the app into the Trash. Older versions required you to get rid of some files in /Users/Your_Account/Library/Application Support and /Users/Your_Account/Library/Preferences. Apps like this one may need you to make sure that you've quit Safari as well as restarted your computer prior to doing the re-install. This kind of app keeps some things running even though you've trashed things. I suggest you both restart the computer and Empty your Trash prior to attempting the re-install process.
