so, then you would press and hold command R at boot up and then turn on VO inside the recovery partition. next, use disk utility and erase the Mac HD, and finally what, exit and reboot into the USB installer? What would the steps be exactly after having created the USB installer using the recovery partition instead of the boot screen manager?
