Hey there Wendy, I hope you are doing well. Welcome to the list, and I hope you will enjoy your new mac.
I purchased my mac back in August of last year, and I really enjoy it. Please fill free to ask whatever questions you may have, I am sure many of us will chime in, as well as I, to help out. As for bible software, I cannot help in that regard, but I know you can find pretty much a lot of bible related material on the web. I actually read quite a bit of the bible myself, when I took world literature that is. If you need help finding something, I may be able to help. Take care.
