we can't forget mike's mac series at http://www.blindcooltech as well,  
he does a tremendous job providing detail and well paced tutorials on  
various mac related issues with voiceover, and is definitely a good  
primmer.

I used his stuff when jumping out of windows in to mac last august and  
have no regrets.
