I guess so, at least in the beginning. The interesting question that needs to be answered first is what the EF will permit and whether they will offer a server for this and under which conditions. A common framework may follow some time later. Maybe it would accelerate the decision if you/m2e would state your interest to collect some usage statistics ASAP too.
