Which screenshot? Does it look like the problem in

It doesn't look like it. (I've attached the screenshot here.)
This looks like lib/ui/stdtoolbar.ui file is corrupted because all
toolbars seems to be loaded with no icons.
George, could you please delete your resource directory (the one
containing the above file) and reinstall again?
