New Math toolbar

Hi,

I seem to be having a bit of trouble with the Math toolbar in the new  
1.5.0 and 1.5.1 versions (Mac OS X 10.4.10 PPC).

I can only utilise the basic toolbar (with delimiters, etc.), which I  
turn from the View > Toolbar > Math menu. I don't have anything like  
the new one as shown here: http://wiki.lyx.org/LyX/NewInLyX15#toc12

I read in a previous post that deleting ~/Library/Application Support/ 
LyX-1.5/session, and restarting LyX might help. This didn't work, nor  
did deleting the preferences (which was also recommended).

Clicking on the "Toggle Math Panels" (the math panel should have  
gone??) icon on the toolbar gave me the following error: "Unknown  
toolbar "math_panels" (toolbar-toggle math_panels)."
