Selon Paul Smith <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: > The files attached show the problem with the space that I have mentioned.
Now I see. But I don't know why! The space is in the source: \title{This is the title} \author{Peter Anderson% \thanks{University of Nowhere% }\lyxSaveFN{mymark} and Anne Smith\lyxUseFN{mymark}}\maketitle At first sight it seems that the space character is gobbled by \lyxSaveFN. But if you put any letter instead (say an 'a'), you'll find that this letter appears in output, just under the star (see attached files)! IMO, this problem may be related to savefnmark package... Anyway, a quick workaround would be to put a space before the SaveFN inset. > In the text styles menu, "SaveFN" appears twice. I also noticed this weird thing. It may be a bug (see attached file). Anyone can confirm? Mael.
