Guenter, No, not quite. I left the Layout->Document->Page style as "default" (but I have no idea what that implies). Just after the title, on a line by itself, I have "/pagestyle{empty}". Just before the ToC, on a line by itself, I have "\pagestyle{headings}". > I had this problem as well some time ago.
