Hi,
I recently installed LyX 1.3.4 on my DEC PWS 600au running XFce4 as windowmanager.
Problem is that LyX kills the X server when I try to open a document in the help section of the menu bar, like the tutorial or the user's guide.
Messages I get after the shutdown of X are:
...
lyx: SIGHUP signal caught
...
The application 'xfce4-panel' lost it's connection to the display:0.0;
Most likely the X server was shut down or you killed/destroyed the application
...
Does anyone know why this happens?
