Andrew, Go to www.rpmfind.net and grab a newer package for both that will work with your Mandrake distribution. While I know nothing about Mandrake's package system, on Red Hat I can take a newer .src.rpm and rebuild it locally so it will work on an earlier distribution version. Rich -- Dr. Richard B.
