I don't know what distro you're using but the rpm I built for Mandrake 9.2 is at
www.personal.psu.edu/nug107/lyx/
I am trying to install it and I always get the following message:
"Some package requested cannot be installed: lyx-1.3.4-1_qt.i586 (due to unsatisfied qt[>= 2.2.1]) do you agree ?"
I suspect that it needs qt, but qt seems not being in Mandrake distribution. Where could I find it?
