The patch that one can see at
  
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/*checkout*/fink/dists/10.2/unstable/main/finkinfo/editors/lyx-1.2.2-1.patch?rev=1.1
seems to indicate that this is not the case.
