Hi Claus, thanks for your answer, but the problem was the miktex infact I downloaded only a small part of it (23Mb) due to slow network connection, not full size (143Mb)... Now it's ok!! All work fine. But I noticed that when I set high resolution for my screen in runlyx.bat (for example 1280x1024), I obtain an error like "LyX alert: I can't find textclass.lst", when I correct to a smaller resoltion (1152x864 in my case works fine), I don't obtain alert message and Lyx run without a problem. Maybe this note is useful in your html page (that is very accurate and complete) dedicated on how to install LyX on Win32. Tell what do you think about it
