Edwin Velds writes: The Sun machine has a compose key to create several accented characters. This works fine in all programs except for LyX. I switched the Dead-key option, but that had no effect. Is there a solution to get the compose key to work in LyX as well? To get the compose key to work with LyX with Sparc-Solaris-8, using CDE, I had to set LANG=en_US in ~/.dtprofile. No other programs needed that setting, but it didn't seem to cause any problems with others either.
