You can easily fix export via elyxer in Tools>Preferences>File Handling>Converters: * Go to LyX -> OpenDocument (eLyXer) * Change From format [LyX] to From format [LyX 2.1.x] * Click [Add] * Go back to LyX -> OpenDocument (eLyXer) Click [Remove] Feel free to add a Track ticket for fixing the config script.
