Are you sure this is the biber log produced with the minimal example you
submitted? The biber log reads

[246] Utils.pm:185> ERROR - Cannot find 'referencs.bib'!

It is thus looking for a bibtex file called "referencs.bib" [sic!].
Check if you are loading this file (instead of the desired one) in
preamble via \bibliography or \addbibresource.

BTW you also seem to have a superfluous
\DeclareLanguageMapping{english}{english-plain}

in the preamble, presumably from a trial with biblatex-apa.
