For all user that hasI don't remember exactly when the table format
changed to 5, but I know that 1.0.4 used this format. AND I am not
the one that put the "if (version < 5)" warning in.
The question is "when to drop support for old formats", I must say
that I think the time is now. Especially when we have a stable 1.0.4
that is able to handle all the needed conversions.
The change to multicol5 (from multicol4) WAS DONE IN 0.12.1pre6.
