Lars, was removing support for the old format a big gain? I'm feeling
a bit uneasy about constantly upgrading the format that can be read.
We cannot expect people to have 3 versions of LyX installed just so
that they can read their old files. If we drop support for some old
constructs, we should at least offer a script which converts the file.
Now that LyX has many users, I think we cannot just change the file
format incompatibly on them like that.
