I disagree. If we start to maintain our own qt4 copy we can as well keep the
qt3 frontend in a working state. The only reason to remove a frontend is
the maintainance effort, no?
Who talk about maintaining a Qt copy? In the past, software were
distributed in a tar.gz and it worked fine for all distrib. We just need
to extract the libraries from one official package and put them in the
lyx source package.
