Try to be more verbose next time Peter. The SVN log is there to let us
know what has changed without having to svn diff in the future.
Peter will be annoyed. Last time, I asked him to reduce log message
(he used to put all diff in), and this time ...
Peter: 1.4.x ChangeLog is the style we should follow. This means something like:
What this patch does (optionally by whom, if you are applying other's patch)
\tab* file1: changes
\tab* file2: changes
I did not quite follow this rule recently since scons patches only
change SConstruct.
