I think camelBump_ style for data members is a recent addition to the
LyX style zoo.

I would think that most core code has underline_style_ data members.

There are about

  235 occurences of onlylowercase_
   32 occurences of lower_case_
   15 occurences of lowerCamelBump_
    4 occurences of UpperCamelBump_

in src/*.h.

So according to the 'Do what is done in src/*' rule lowerCamelBump_
is not the prefered style.
