I guess the solution is to enable the encription for the web interface
and disabled it for the news interface where it make no sense.

Incidentally, Abdel, if you were to use the web interface, you'll be able to
click on the encrypted address and get an image version of the original.
I didn't know that but I use the much more convenient nntp interface.
