I don't think that there's anything we can do about this one.
Can I suggest that you take it to the Qt/Win Free people
(http://qtwin.sourceforge.net/qt3-win32/index.php).
Sorry for the delay. I was out in a trip.
Went to that site. Got two softs there in order to test in WinME and see
if the bug appears. Got kDiff3 (very nice program!) and Qcad-demo. Both
worked OK in WinME. No sign of that bug. So, I'm not sure if the problem
is in Qt anymore.

Got that experimental version also. But could not find the Qt-4.1.1
dlls, so I could not test it. Trolltech has only the the sources to be
compiled with MingW. I think it is too much trouble, since I'm not a
developper. I use mainly Linux and LyX runs great on there. This system
is a somewhat old notebook which I occasionally use (it has linux
installed, also).
You can find Qt-4.1.2 here:
www.trolltech.com/download.html?target=ftp://ftp.trolltech.com/qt/source/qt-win-opensource-4.1.2-mingw.exe
I think I will wait for the nest LyX version.
Thanks very much for your attention.
