I use bcpp, which works basically fine for me, but lacks fine tuning
of things like const& => const & .

I have heard a bit good word about GreatCode
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/gcgreatcode/) , but it is a windows
software. And the last time I tried, its unix port is badly broken.

I will try a few other variants when I get a chance. Any suggestion?
