Yup, I wrote this in the announcement. (It was hard to find some time to work on the installer, so I needed to steal the binaries ;-) ) Btw. thanks for your work on Aspell 0.6, the spellchecking results are better than for Aspell 0.5.
That suposition is based on the fact taht he always has in the past together with his observation that he can't get localization to work with the LyX14x.mo files. (I compiled --with-version-suffix.)
Does that mean that this is clear that localization won't work in your svn snapshot build?
