I don't know what the Linux/Mac situation is, but LyX for Windows always
appears at a random position on the screen with a very small window size.
It would be a really great thing if the main window (and if possible
also other windows like TOC and Math) would remember its position. I
always have to spend half a minute to resize and move the windows.
