This is a trivial problem but unfortunately a killer argument against
LyX - for example when somebody writes a documents together with others
who don't use LyX. I always hear that the LaTeX output of LyX is
difficult to read and I also think so. I proposed a LaTeX-output in the
bug report that everybody I asked can accept as it makes the structure
more readable and intuitive.
It seems to be easy to fix and should be in 1.3.6.
