I agree that something needs to be done with this dialog, but not for 1.4. There are enough regressions to resolve. (My take is to let the user apply _everything_ in that dialog; we have the tabular toolbar now for convenient instant-applying of borders and such). > There is still an odd connection between "column width" and > "horizontal alignment".
