The same as for caption. I.e., if I use captionabove instead of caption in a 
tabular float, its argument should be passed to the toc (list of tables). 
Currently, all those floats are not listed.

That is, instead of the hardcoded caplayout("Caption") string (in inset{float|
wrap}), we should rather look for a caption "type", which could be caption, 
captionabove, captionbelow etc.
