I do not know either...

One thing I'd like to do now is to add numbering of figures. However,
I am not sure whether I should attach the representation of the label
to the Caption layout or to the Float definition. I'd tend to do the
latter, but it will break if there exist classes with several
caption-like layouts which have different representations.

Thoughts?
