Maybe just to see what's inside? Like: "I'm editing here... hmmm let's see what's on the footnote down there... *click* -- now I've lost the position where I was editing... It's more or less like in cursor follows scrollbar vs. doesn't IMO. Sometimes you just want to see something in the document without losing the editing position. Alfredo
