;-) The amazing thing is that it seems to fix a current bug in selection: sometimes when selecting with C-Home, C-S-End the selection starts from some intermediate point instead of starting from the beginning. [well, it's not so amazing, given that the old scheme included updating the start/end "cache" at strategic code points...] Anyway, I'll still test it for a day or so to avoid bad surprises. ;-) Alfredo
