which is a ui bug IMO (the citation layout), at least wrt left-to-right
reading cultures.

Oh, that's nothing. In 2001, we had
Rindfleischetikettierungsübertragungsaufgabenüberwachungsgesetz
which aimed to be a serious name for a law.
