O.K. Here's my solution. First of all, your menu problem is due to the CJK-font loading by xforms-lib. Because I do not have this problem(I use redhat-8.0), I cannot help any more on this problem. For the remaining problems, I recommend you to upgrade xforms-lib and CJK-LyX to current version, 'xforms-1.0-i18n_4' and 'CJK-LyX-1.3.0-5', which I just uploaded on the usual ftp site.
