I find code easier to read with "real members" instead of some smart
pointer so some members. So that's another reason why I'd favour the
change. But as I don't know what advatages this lazy construction has,
I am not the one to tell...

[Btw: Indentation and the include gurads are broken in Dialogs_impl.h]
