How is that going to work? Rob wants to be able to control display (on/off) locally. If the global setting is off and the local setting is on with your option how should the graphics be displayed? colour, grey or mono? Did you read Rob's description of how he uses graphics? It's the opposite of your way of doing things (he defaults of off globally and only enables display for a short time while fiddling locally). Allan. (ARRae)
