No. Two reasons.
1. xformsGImage is vapourware at the moment whereas GImageXPM works.
So all xforms users will always have an image loader.
2. I have a 0.89.8 library that has flimage_dup, but it won't link 
(ld complains about no _F64_stat). So, xformsGImage will remain vapourware
unless I roll my own flimage_dup routine, which is always a possibility. If I do this,
then all xforms users will benefit.

It'd be nice if someone tied TC down and tickled his toes with a feather until he
released xforms as Open Source.
