definitely. things like the tabular menu not working inside the locked insettext.
And insert->tabular not working in the dummy position. We all know why it doesn't
work, but that's because we are familiar with the code behind it - it's definitely
not ideal UI. We do make some concessions though (like pressing a key in the dummy
positio n will open the insettext first).
