This would work if we always remove only 1 paragraph, but we can
also remove a chain of paragraphs (or substitute) and the whole
removed chain is referencing each other so IMO this won't work.
But anyway the whole discussion is for nothing right now. IMO we
shouldn't change such stuff right now, and Lars has a vision how
to chain paragrphs in future anyway. So why should we do a half
backed change right now.
