I don't know why it's there and have no strong feelings. I began to 
implement it because I broke the possibility to insert it directly with 
the last Paragraph redesign (and it's in the qt2 dialog too). But maybe 
someone can enlighten us; it would be nice if we could decide this 
before I keep on staring another couple of hours on Paragraph.C  and 
friends (without any result until now).
