Hmmm, ideally it should be aligned with the reference dialogs... (if I
understand Angus correctly, it's just a question when it will be done).

Well, in analogy to other dialogs, there should be a button for
switching between width/height and scale (and default). LyX normally does
not throw away inputs but "makes them grey". But I confess that this is a
really minor issue - let pragmatism rule and keep it as it is!
