This sounds luke the wrong thing. The right thing is presuamably to adjust
\leftskip, \rightskip and \parindent (see the TeXbook page 100). Maybe we GUI
way do this a ruler or some mutation of one. If you geel really brave you might
wan to support some bvasic use of \parshape... (he gnat and gnus will do not
document these parameters under these names, although you could probably abuse
the list enmvironment for the same effect.
