Well Lars you have just to look for paragraph_pimpl inside the patch there
should not be much changed other than that.
Anyway I can commit this change also directly to cvs as it only adds a
"id_ = paragraph_id++;" to the constructor (well I changed the constructor
in the undo patch so you're probably confused by that).
