We should probably remove the message before 1.2.0, but I think it is
good to keep it around in order to check whether improvements are
possible. In particular, if you get _many_ of these, I would think
that they come from a loop over a tabular, not individual undos. In
this case, we should fix something somewhere.

What about a backtrace so that we can check by ourselves?
