for DocBook to generate some content based on paragraph labels. It draws
heavily from LyXHTML code: makeEnvironment in output_xhtml.cpp, case on
environments, label generation (currently, lines 499 to 511).
The patch looks good. For the documentation, though, it is better to
indicate the default, like
DocBookGenerateTitle [true, \emph{false]} ...
