Riki's call. My suggestion was to finalize 2.4.0 now, which means all pending enhancements would have to be postponed to 2.5.0 (or maybe backported later, if possible). We have been in the same situation before every major release. We usually end up with branching for the release and let people continue feature development in master. The earlier we do this, the better. Just my 2¢, of course. Jürgen
