Well I don't think that we save a lot reusing tabular code (and I'm not sure
it's at all possible). Do I understand it right that arrays for mated:

1. Do not have visual (border)lines

2. Instead of having a InsetText they would have a InsetFormula as BaseCellInset

3. The produced latexcode is slightly different

The big problem I see here is the different BaseCellInset, otherwise we could
make a ArrayBase.C and the use this for tabular.C and matharray.C.

P.S.: I still think Andre is faster to implement the array as he likes to do
      it, but please proof me false!
